Here’s the short version: Suntory Global Spirits — yes, that Suntory — uses a proprietary Japanese process called Freeze Crush Infusion. They freeze real whole fruit at -196°C (that’s -320.8°F) in liquid nitrogen, crush it, and infuse it with premium vodka and seltzer. The result is a clean, crisp 5.5% ABV canned cocktail with 139 calories, real fruit flavor, no allergens, and zero of the syrupy-sweet aftertaste you get from most hard seltzers.
